We would like to introduce a case study on a compact and simple device utilizing conductive diamond technology for high-concentration ozone water. Ozone water is generally a solution in which ozone gas is generated and dissolved in water using a special method. There were limitations in its use, as large equipment was required to dissolve ozone gas in water, but diamond electrodes can generate ozone by directly electrolyzing water, allowing for a compact and simplified unit. Due to its high generation efficiency, it is also possible to convert flowing water into ozone water.
